Delivery

Yes, collection is available on request.

Yes we can offer same day delivery for gifts or hampers when order is place before 10am and delivery is within 30km of Ipswich. See delivery cost for more details.

Yes, all parcels will be sent via Australia Post and come with tracking number.

No, all parcels will have signature on delivery if property is unattended item will be taken to local post office for collection.

Yes, we can send anywhere within Australia all we require is full details of receiver, address and if its to public or private address. If we require any more information with delivery we will contact you.

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to except returns on any items for change of mind but will happily replace or refund any items deemed faulty or broken apon inspection.

If you receive an item which is faulty or broken you will be asked to send item back, once received we will inspect and refund or replace item cost of item and postage.

General

Yes, collection is available apon request. Simply click pick up order and we will be in touch once order is ready to collect. If you require gift urgent send us an email and we will do our best to rush order for you.

We have spent alot of time sourcing and researching our products to ensure we can offer as much Australian made and owned products to our buyers. There is an expectation of some products having to be sourced outside of Australia but we are always looking for Australian companies to purchase these items from in the future.
